# Modern Inbound pricing

Modern Inbound, based in Pune, India, runs done-for-you cold email (outbound) for B2B companies. We research the market, write and test the messaging, send from mailboxes in the client's own name, and hand every warm lead to the client as an introduction. Prices below are in Indian rupees (+ GST) for clients billed in India, and in US dollars for everyone else.

Both packages add two costs paid to the providers directly, never to Modern Inbound, both in the client's own name:

## Billing and terms

- Billed quarterly, in advance. A proforma invoice goes out in the last week before each quarter and is due on its first day. The tax invoice is issued once payment is received.
- No payment, no campaign: sending stops while an invoice is unpaid.
- No guarantees of any number of leads, meetings or revenue, and no refunds.
- Either side can stop with written notice before the next billing period.

A reply from a real potential buyer, or a route to one, that shows interest and has a clear next step. Auto-replies, bounces, opt-outs and flat rejections never count.

Personalized Outreach is ₹75,000 + GST a month ($899 for US-dollar clients). Segmented Outreach is ₹50,000 + GST a month ($599). Both are billed quarterly and add $99 a month for mailboxes and $150 a year for domains, paid to the providers.

### Is there a setup fee?
No. The first 14 days of mailbox warm-up are free.

### Is there a guarantee?
No. Modern Inbound does not guarantee a number of leads and does not refund fees.

### Can we approve the copy?
No. The process is hands-off: Modern Inbound decides the copy and targeting.
