Day 0
Discovery call.
The first call. We learn your ICP, your offer, and what a good lead actually looks like for you. You leave knowing exactly what we would run.
In Slack: Pre-signup. Nothing in Slack yet.
Day 1–2
Kickoff and onboarding.
Agreement signed, setup fee in. We spin up your private Slack channel and send a short intake: ICP, offer, case studies, calendar link, do-not-contact list.
In Slack: Channel created. You meet your team and the intake form lands here.
Day 2–4
Infrastructure build.
We buy sending domains and provision mailboxes, then set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC so mail lands in inboxes, not spam. The infra is owned by you.
In Slack: Infra live update: domain count, mailbox count, all authenticated.
Day 4–21
Warm-up.
New mailboxes have to warm up before they can send at volume, or everything gets flagged. This is the one stage we will not rush. Roughly two to three weeks.

Day 4–14
Campaign build.
While inboxes warm, we source your lead list, enrich and verify every email, and write the sequences. You approve the copy and the targeting before a single email goes out.
In Slack: Lead list and copy shared for sign-off. You approve right in the channel.
Day ~21
Launch.
Warm-up done, copy approved. Campaigns go live and sending begins, ramped to protect your domain reputation.
In Slack: We are live, with your daily send volume.
Day 21–35
Optimize and first replies.
We watch deliverability and reply rates, then tune subject lines, targeting and follow-ups. Positive replies start landing.
In Slack: Every positive reply routed to you in real time, plus a weekly report.
Day 30–45
First lead closed.
A qualified reply becomes a conversation becomes a deal. First lead in the door, and a repeatable channel behind it.
