Cold Email Agency for B2B Teams

We run cold email as a system: research, infrastructure, copy and sending, with the positive replies sent to you. Billed quarterly.

What a cold email agency should actually do

Most agencies sell a mailbox and a volume number. At the end of the day, the mailbox is the easy part. What actually moves reply rates is the research behind the send, the copy built on that research, and what happens to a reply once it lands.

01

Research

Every campaign starts from the buyer's own language: reviews, job postings, funding news and the phrases your best customers already use to describe the problem you solve. That research decides who gets emailed and what the email says before a line of copy is written.

02

Infrastructure, yours from day one

The 30 mailboxes and their domains are bought in your name from day one, set up on SPF, DKIM and DMARC and warmed up for 14 days before the first send. Emails go out without your brand. They stay yours whatever happens.

03

Copy from buyer language

Subject lines and body copy come straight out of the research phase: the exact complaint a reviewer left about a competitor, the exact line a founder used on a podcast. Copy that mirrors how the buyer already talks reads as relevant rather than as a pitch.

04

Positive replies, sent to you

We send you the positive replies, each with the full thread and a one-tap reply. The rest are cleared out so the list stays clean and sender reputation stays intact.

How it runs

01

Day 0: mailboxes and domains bought in your name

You fill in a short onboarding form about your offer and your market. The 30 mailboxes and their domains are bought in your name, at your cost, paid to the provider: $99 a month for the mailboxes and about $130 for the domains at the start.

02

Day 14: sending starts

The mailboxes warm up for the first 14 days, and the warm-up is free. Month 1 starts with the first send. We keep writing and testing new angles, 100+ in all, as the replies come in.

03

As replies land: introductions

Each warm lead is sent to you as an introduction, with the full thread. You take it from there.

04

Every month: proforma, then campaigns keep running

Billing is quarterly: a proforma invoice goes out in the last week before each quarter, due on its first day. The tax invoice is issued once it is paid. No payment, no campaign: sending stops until paid. It is billed quarterly.

Running into a specific market changes the research and the send times more than it changes the mechanics. See how this plays out for teams selling into India or the United States.

One monthly fee, billed quarterly.

₹50,000 + GST a month ($599 a month for clients billed in US dollars) buys 100+ messaging angles tested on your market from 30 mailboxes and their domains, with every warm lead handed to you as an introduction. The mailboxes cost $99 a month, paid to the provider in your name. The first 14 days are free warm-up, and it is billed quarterly. No guarantees and no refunds.

An offshore accounting firm cracked the US owner inbox.

Who this is for

This works well for

  • B2B companies selling to buyers who read email before they take a call.
  • Teams with an offer that has already sold, and a market of 50,000+ accounts.
  • Founders or sales leaders who want pipeline they can forecast month over month.
  • Teams with realistic expectations (outbound builds over weeks) who pay on time, reply, and pick up leads the day they land.

This is not the right fit for

  • Pre-product companies still validating whether anyone will buy what they are building.
  • Teams that need meetings booked by phone. This system is async and email-first.
  • Businesses selling a low-value, one-time purchase where a monthly outbound program cannot pay for itself.
  • Anyone expecting high volume with no research behind it. We would rather target fewer accounts with real relevance than blast a large list.

Questions

What does a cold email agency actually deliver?

A complete system: buyer-language research, mailbox infrastructure you own, copy drafted from that research, and every reply triaged before it reaches you. The output is a qualified positive reply, ready for you to pick up.

How much does a cold email agency cost?

Modern Inbound charges ₹50,000 plus GST a month ($599 a month for clients billed in US dollars), billed quarterly. We test 100+ messaging angles on your market from 30 mailboxes and their domains, bought in your name, and hand you every warm lead as an introduction. The mailboxes and domains cost extra, paid to the provider: $99 a month for the mailboxes and about $130 for the domains at the start. The first 14 days are mailbox warm-up and are free. There are no guarantees and no refunds.

How fast does a new campaign start producing replies?

The mailboxes and domains are bought in your name at the start, and the mailboxes warm up for 14 days. Sending starts after that, and month 1 starts with the first send. Outbound builds over weeks, and every warm lead is handed to you as it lands.

Is there any calling involved in delivery?

No. Delivery is fully async: research, email, and the positive replies sent to you. We confirm fit and scope before anything is paid.

What counts as a positive reply?

A prospect who responds with genuine interest. Auto-replies, out-of-office messages and polite declines do not count. It is not a booked meeting: you take it from there. No fixed number of leads is included in the monthly fee.
