10 Best Signal-Based Prospecting Tools

These 10 tools help B2B teams spot buying signals such as job changes, website visits and account activity, then act on them. Some suit RevOps teams that want one platform, others suit small teams that want low-cost visitor identification, and a few suit enterprise buyers with larger budgets. Each entry below comes from the vendor's own public pages.

By Rishabh Ambasta, Founder, Modern Inbound.

Teams that want to consolidate point solutions into one platform can look at Common Room, and teams scaling a GTM motion can look at Clay. Small teams that want to start free or at a low price can look at RB2B and Unify. Teams that want engagement orchestrated from website traffic can look at Warmly, and teams with large contact lists to track can look at Champify. Buyers who want to discuss Enterprise pricing with the vendor can look at UserGems, and anyone considering Trigify should first read the vendor's retirement notice.

Prices and facts checked on November 2026.

How to choose

  • Team size and pricing unit. Check whether the price is per seat, per user, per credit or a flat annual amount, then multiply by the number of people who will use the tool.
  • Contract terms. Ask for the billing period, the renewal terms and what happens when you reach a usage limit.
  • Signals and channels. List the signals your team acts on today, such as job changes, website visits or funding news, and confirm the tool covers them for your target accounts.
  • Integrations. Confirm the tool connects to your CRM and your outreach tools before you commit.
  • Reporting and lead handover. Ask how alerts reach sellers, who owns follow-up, and whether you can report on pipeline from each signal.

Champify

Champify lists plans starting at $2,500 / month and at $5,000 / month. The vendor says its Relationship Tracking platform suits teams with at least 10,000 contacts to track, and that teams with fewer contacts are still a fit for Insider AI, which is account based.

Calendar Sync is priced by the number of users with calendars that sync, and professional services vary by plan. Check fit by counting how many contacts you would track and how many users would sync calendars.

Clay

Clay lists a Launch plan starting at $185/mo and a Growth plan starting at $495/mo. The vendor describes Growth as the plan for teams scaling their GTM motion.

Data Credits start at $0.05 each and Actions start at less than $0.01 each, and both get cheaper with scale. Clay also describes a service that works as its version of a CSM, a partner for onboarding, team training and roadmap planning. Because usage is metered in credits and actions, estimate your monthly volume before choosing a plan. For a direct comparison, see Unify vs Clay.

Common Room

Common Room describes itself as an AI-native go-to-market platform for buyer intelligence and action. Its RevOps page says the platform breaks down data silos and consolidates point solutions into one platform for signal capture, enrichment and personalized outbound.

The pricing page lists an Essential plan at $2,500/mo, billed annually. A separate pricing page lists a per-user monthly rate, billed annually. The vendor also states that its Prospector product is often around 20% of the cost of ZoomInfo, so ask what each plan includes before comparing like for like. Buyers shortlisting options can browse Common Room alternatives.

Factors.ai

Factors.ai says it offers clear pricing starting at $5K/year for basic features, with add-ons for Interest Groups. A later line in the same guide describes pricing starting at $5K/month with clear add-ons, so confirm the billing period when you request a quote.

Add-ons cover specific features such as advanced attribution, adpilots or additional integrations. The vendor offers a demo that shows how the platform fits into your GTM stack and answers questions on integrations, pricing and workflows.

Pocus

Pocus invites readers of its product-led sales benchmark report to join an invite-only Slack community to learn firsthand from GTM experts across the product-led spectrum. Pricing is not published on the pages we reviewed. A buyer should ask the vendor directly for plan and price details and for a current description of the product.

RB2B

RB2B lists a free plan and paid plans from $79/mo. Its pricing page summarizes the range as Free Plan, Starter $79/mo and Pro from $149.

Pro starts at $149/mo and includes business emails and all integrations, from 600 resolutions/mo. Pro+ starts at $199/mo and adds Premium Resolution with higher match rates, also from 600 resolutions/mo. Check how many monthly resolutions your traffic needs before picking a tier. For a direct comparison, see RB2B vs Warmly.

Trigify

Trigify's own page says the Trigify platform, customer accounts and service are being retired and will not continue within HubSpot. It also says that, as part of this transition, the standalone Trigify platform is being retired.

Pricing is not published on the pages we reviewed. Read this entry as a status note for buyers who meet the name in older material. For replacements, see this list of Trigify alternatives.

Unify

Unify lists a free plan at $0 that is free forever. The Base plan is $20 per seat per month, billed monthly, and is built for reps to put on their personal card. The Pro plan is $60 per seat per month and is described as being for small teams with CRMs and more usage. Its price table also shows a custom annual option.

Unify says it evaluates every data vendor before making them available on its platform, assessing both quality and cost. It describes an in-product prompt to add credits or upgrade, with full access returning once credits are added or the cycle resets. It also says it passes through the cost of running large language models to the foundation model providers.

UserGems

UserGems tells buyers to contact it for Enterprise pricing. Its site offers GTM insights and product updates by email.

The site also hosts a pricing guide on another vendor's contract costs. That guide reminds readers that implementation can add cost on top of a license. Because the pricing is on request, ask for a written quote that lists every fee. For a direct comparison, see Common Room vs UserGems.

Warmly

Warmly describes itself as a signal-based ABM platform that combines person-level website visitor identification, multi-source intent signals and AI agents that orchestrate engagement from chat to email to ads. It says it starts with your website traffic.

Warmly says its pricing is modular and component-based, with a free plan that identifies up to 500 website visitors per month. One page lists paid pricing starting at $10,000/year. Its how-it-works page states a start at $15,000/year. That page also describes agents that do the work for you. Because two starting figures appear on different pages, confirm which plan each one covers.

How we compared

We compared each vendor's public pricing and product pages, checked in October and November 2026, and cited only what those pages state. This comparison is based on each company's own public pages as of November 2026. Where a vendor's pages state no price, we say so in the table. Prices change, so confirm current rates and billing terms with the vendor before you buy.
