Demand Generation Agencies in India to Compare in 2026: Criteria and Options

Demand generation buying starts with a shared question: what help does your team need to reach relevant buyers? Use this shortlist to compare options for account research, product positioning, signal intelligence and outreach. The deciding difference is the work you want to retain internally, the channels you need and the deliverables you can assess before signing.

Who should choose which

Begin with a written brief that separates the business problem from the delivery task. Describe your target accounts, the buying roles you want to reach, the offer you want to test and what your sales team can accept. Use the same brief for every proposal so differences in scope remain easy to see. Our agency evaluation guide provides a related starting point.

  • Team capacity: Decide who will own research, message review, campaign decisions and sales follow-up. Ask for the names or roles of the people doing the work, their availability and the escalation route. A proposal should make your own weekly workload clear enough to plan around.
  • Audience and channels: Specify the industries, company sizes, regions and buying roles that matter. Ask how the proposed channels connect to that audience and what information is needed before launch. Build your brief around an ICP definition framework so targeting can be reviewed consistently.
  • Contract and total cost: Request the engagement length, payment schedule, setup charges, software costs, taxes and renewal terms in writing. Compare equivalent periods and deliverables. Keep service fees separate from provider charges so your finance team can see the full commitment before approving a budget.
  • Reporting and decisions: Agree on the report format, review frequency and the person who can authorize changes. Ask to see an example with sensitive details removed. Define how targeting changes, message revisions and excluded accounts will be recorded, and how your team will assess progress against the original brief.
  • Lead handover: Write down acceptance criteria, required account context, delivery format and the internal person responsible for follow-up. Ask what happens when an entry falls outside the agreed criteria. Make the handover process concrete enough that a sales colleague can use the information without reconstructing the research.

Choose the operating model after you have settled these criteria. If your team can manage daily work, assess how much control and review time it wants. If your team needs delivery support, ask for a responsibility map covering each task. The done-for-you versus done-with-you comparison can help frame those questions.

Modern Inbound (full disclosure: this is us)

Modern Inbound is based in Pune, India. Its platform runs outreach matched to the buyer's ICP, qualified by buying signals and written with context. It tracks job changes, funding and hiring, using those signals with the customer's business context to write outreach. Nothing goes out before the customer approves it, and access is open through a waitlist.

The platform has LI and LI + Email plans. For buyers assessing who performs the campaign work, the managed service assigns research, play creation, messaging and campaign management to Modern Inbound's team; the client approves the messages. Personalized Outreach and Segmented Outreach are also published offers, with their charges shown above. The cold email service pricing page lists those offers and the separate mailbox and domain charges.

Demand Infotech in detail

Demand Infotech describes account profiling as a service for building comprehensive, detailed reports about clients. Its about page states a specialist focus on business telemarketing. Those stated services make it relevant to a brief centered on account understanding or business telemarketing.

Pricing is on request. The pricing page says requirements are needed to determine the right price. Prepare a consistent requirements document before requesting a proposal: define the accounts, expected report fields, delivery schedule and review process. Ask for a sample deliverable so your team can assess how it would use the work.

LeadStrategus in detail

LeadStrategus describes product positioning built on an understanding of the product, market, audience and context, with the aim of making relevance, capabilities and commercial value clear to buyers. Its about page also describes custom agents that take over go-to-market end to end, built and run for clients on its own platform.

It is an option to assess when the brief includes product positioning or custom go-to-market agents. Pricing is not published on the pages we reviewed. Ask for separate scopes for strategy work and ongoing execution, then identify the inputs your team must provide. Request a clear definition of the tasks, approval points and deliverables included in any proposed agent engagement.

Market Wavegen in detail

Market Wavegen states that every program runs on Mantech Mark, its signal intelligence platform analyzing more than 32 million daily buyer signals across industries, geographies and buying journeys. That makes its stated platform approach relevant to buyers comparing signal intelligence within demand generation programs. Pricing is not published on the pages we reviewed.

For a signal intelligence brief, ask how the proposed account selection will be explained to your team. Request examples of the information you will receive, the time period it covers and the decisions it helps you make. Keep account fit and buying timing as separate review questions, and ask how each will appear in the proposed reporting.

SBT Research in detail

SBT Research describes six interconnected services that extend from ICP refinement to qualified pipeline. It also offers custom qualitative and quantitative research for product, go-to-market and competitive intelligence needs. These descriptions make it relevant to briefs combining demand generation scope with a defined research requirement.

Its contact page states that it does not share contact data with third parties. It also describes a written replacement SLA for every program: leads that fail the criteria are replaced at no extra cost. Pricing is not published on the pages we reviewed. Before contracting, define acceptance criteria and ask how the replacement process will be documented for your specific engagement.

How we compared

This comparison is based on each company's own public pages as of October 2026.

We compared the vendors' public pricing and service pages with Modern Inbound's published offer. The table separates service descriptions from charges. Budget choices in an enquiry form are excluded from service prices. Use the descriptions to build a shortlist, then request comparable written scopes covering responsibilities, delivery, review and cost.
