How to choose

  • Team size: count the users, seats or sender accounts you need, since tools charge in different units.
  • Channels: list the channels you will use (email, LinkedIn, calls) and check each plan includes them.
  • Contract terms: compare monthly and annual billing, add-ons and any minimum commitment.
  • Reporting: check that campaign and rep reports show what your managers review each week.
  • Lead handoff: confirm how replies and interested leads reach your CRM and your sales team.

For side-by-side reads, see Klenty vs Outreach, HeyReach vs Expandi, La Growth Machine vs lemlist, Amplemarket vs Apollo and Salesloft vs Outreach.

Amplemarket

Amplemarket presents itself as a lead generation platform for sales teams. Its Startup plan is $600 per month on an annual term and is described as suited to small businesses, startups and founder-led sales teams. A plan for mid-size teams ready to scale shows Custom pricing. Its own blog says it takes a team from signal to sent sequence without using another tool. Check how many users each plan includes and what the annual term means for your contract.

Apollo

Apollo has a Free plan described as suited to exploring the product or very light usage, good for founders and early-stage teams. After a trial, a team can upgrade to a paid plan or move to the free Starter plan, which stays free with no time limit. Apollo advertises verified email and phone contact access, and its analytics pages cover reviewing sales calls and assessing rep performance. Check Apollo's current pricing page for the paid tier you need.

Expandi

Expandi lists a monthly plan at $99 and an annual option, with all features included and taxes varying by country. Its own blog says $99 per month covers the software and leaves out the person operating it. Image and GIF personalization needs an additional cost on top of the subscription. Teams that want White Label or more than 10 seats are pointed to its sales team. Ask which add-ons you would need before comparing totals.

HeyReach

HeyReach is a LinkedIn automation tool for agencies, sales teams and GTM experts who want to automate LinkedIn outreach and reach 1000+ leads weekly. It charges per sender or seat, or a bundle of senders on its Agency and Unlimited plans, and custom branding for multiple clients is $500 per add-on. It describes scaling LinkedIn outbound for one fixed cost. Its stated mission is to help agencies, salespeople and growth marketers start genuine dialogue with people on LinkedIn. Count the senders you need before picking a plan.

Klenty

Klenty describes a platform built to capture active buyers and nurture passive buyers at the same time. Its dialer pricing page lists US phone numbers at $1.15 per number per month, describes them as VoIP-based virtual numbers, and recommends dedicated numbers that can be rotated and replaced if flagged. Once free minutes run out, extra US minutes cost about $0.021 each, and US calling is charged at about that rate. AI Battlecards pop up during live calls with competitive information and objection-handling tips. It suits teams that call as well as email, so confirm plan prices with the vendor.

La Growth Machine

La Growth Machine presents itself as a sales outreach platform. Its most used features include LinkedIn automation, waterfall enrichment, intent signals and a sequence builder that runs LinkedIn, email and calls in one flow. It lists the pro plan at $110 per month, billed annually. For agencies or fast-growing teams that need more than its 3 main pricing tiers, it offers flexible plans. Check which tier includes the channels and campaign limits you need.

lemlist

lemlist calls itself the all-in-one platform for precise outbound at any scale. Its Email plan is from $55 per month, the Multichannel plan is from $87 per month, and the Enterprise plan has a custom price. Confirm which channels each plan covers, since the plan names point to a split between email use and multichannel use.

Outreach

Outreach describes itself as the AI Agent Platform for revenue teams, built for AEs, sales leaders and revenue executives, and says it unifies sales engagement, deal management and forecasting in a single platform. Pricing is on request: it asks you to reach out for custom pricing based on your team's needs, and its packages at 10,000, 50,000 and 100,000 AI credits each show Request pricing. It combines seat-based access with consumption-based usage for AI workflows, so pricing is tailored to each business. Its calling plan covering 50 countries is $300 per month per org, with extra blocks of 1000 minutes at $40. Professional services packages are offered to onboard teams faster.

Reply.io

Reply.io lists plans from $89 per user per month. LinkedIn Automation is an add-on at $69 per month per account, and Calls and SMS Automation is $29 per month per account. Its pricing page also shows Contact sales and a Sign up for Free option. It says teams can generate leads with multichannel sequences, automate follow-ups, hire Sales AI agents, or run outbound from AI tools via MCP. It also describes reaching prospects by email, LinkedIn and calls in one sequence, personalized by AI, with sequences that choose channels for each prospect. Compare add-on costs against the channels you plan to use.

Salesloft

Pricing is not published on the pages we reviewed. Salesloft's consulting page lists setup, platform implementation and migration services to help teams start quickly. Its professional services page describes online training and credentialing programs so teams can become platform experts. It suits teams that want hands-on onboarding support, so ask the vendor for a quote.
